Ajay Khera

Ajay oversees EngenderHealth’s diverse portfolio of sexual and reproductive health and maternal and obstetric care programs in India. He brings more than 30 years of experience in adolescent and child health, obstetrics and gynecology, HIV and AIDS, and communicable diseases in India. Prior to joining EngenderHealth, he served as the Commissioner for Maternal and Child Health at the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Ajay earned a doctorate of medicine in preventative and social medicine from Lady Hardinge Medical College and a diploma in gynecology and obstetrics from Maulana Azad Medical College.
