Kate O’Connell
Kate leads and manages EngenderHealth’s global technical team and provides oversight and guidance across its core impact areas—including clinical quality; sexual and reproductive health and rights; gender, youth, and social inclusion; and monitoring and evaluation. She oversees the organization’s technical work priorities, identifies opportunities to disseminate learnings, and ensures high-quality program results and data. Kate brings more than 20 years of experience working in monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and research in the international public health sector. Kate earned a doctorate of philosophy in psychology and a master of science in health psychology from the University of Bath and a master of arts in psychology from the University of St. Andrews.
