Melinda O’Leary

Melinda O’Leary is a director at O’Connor Consulting Services, a women-owned firm specializing in providing finance and accounting consulting services to the nonprofit and higher education community. O’Leary joined OCS in 2019 after spending more than 20 years in senior finance and accounting roles with both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. Throughout her career, she has excelled in modernizing policies and re-engineering procedures, creating insightful financial analyses, leveraging technology and tools to drive efficiencies and enhance internal controls, building high-performing teams, and ensuring overall financial sustainability. O’Leary earned a bachelor of arts in accounting and economics from Chatham University.
